Digital Twins and Tree Equity: New Tools for Monitoring and Managing Trees

The Municipality of Padua is the first in Italy to adopt greehill technology, which creates digital twins for trees management. During the event organised in the framework of MyPlant & Garden international fair, Ciro Degl'Innocenti, the Head of the Green sector at the Municipality, will talk about his experience with this innovative technology. Paolo Viskanic, CEO of R3GIS, will talk about 'Tree Equity' and how to use satellite data to assess tree cover at the city level, while Monica Rinaldi from MavTech will reveal details from the Leaflet Project for assessing tree health using ultralight drones.
